Moving To Mars '26 - The Universal Deliveries Tee takes inspiration from intergalactic couriers, retro sci-fi advertising and late-night anime aesthetics. A chaotic front graphic combines a futuristic delivery rider, distressed typography and Universal Delivery branding, finished in sharp red, white and electric blue against a white tee.

As Moving To Mars tees are made of 100% cotton. Please hang dry only and wash on a cold wash (30°C).

Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

UK shipping costs £4 per order and orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Please note that this is a delivery estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time, and delays can occasionally occur once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

All Moving To Mars items are made to order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.

During particularly busy periods, including launches, promotions and other periods of increased demand, dispatch times may be longer. We will always aim to get your order made and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Freshly Printed Items

As our clothing is printed to order, your item may have a noticeable odour when it first arrives. This can occur as part of the printing and curing process and should disappear after washing.

We recommend washing your item before wearing it for the first time.

However, if you are considering returning an item, please do not wash or wear it before contacting us, as returned items need to be in a resalable condition.

Returns

If you change your mind about your order, you must let us know that you would like to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

To request a return, please contact us using the contact form or by emailing info@movingtomars.store. We will provide you with the information needed to return your order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please take reasonable care of any items you intend to return. Returned products should not show signs of wear, washing, damage or other handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect or try on the item.

If an item's value has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

Refunds

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind returns.

Once an eligible return has been received, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item, or receive evidence that it has been sent back where applicable.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

If you would prefer, you may choose to receive your refund as Moving To Mars store credit instead.

Where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel an online order, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required. Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us using the contact form as soon as possible.

Please include your order details and information about the issue so that we can resolve it for you.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Because our products are made to order and production can begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change an order once it has been submitted.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production or dispatch has already progressed to the point where we are unable to stop the parcel, you may need to receive the order and return it to us using the returns process above.

This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under UK consumer law.
